Coming Soon: The New Look of MasterControl

A lot has changed since 1993. The mullet and Hammer pants have (thankfully) gone out of style. We no longer listen to music on compact discs or run software applications from a CD-ROM.  Quality and compliance have evolved from being a necessary evil to a competitive differentiator. And MasterControl has changed, too. To reflect our evolution as a company and in an effort to better support the companies and industries we serve, we’re excited to announce that MasterControl will unveil a new look on May 1.

What’s in a Rebrand?

A company’s identity is represented outwardly by a few key elements – its logo, colors and tone of voice. Changes to these elements are the most noticeable aspect of any rebrand. And while our logo, colors and voice are indeed changing, behind them are some really big ideas and a renewed promise that we will continue finding new ways to help life sciences companies improve quality across the organization, a promise we’ve kept ever since our beginning 25 years ago.

To that end, over the past few years, we’ve been working toward our biggest goal yet: to deliver a truly next-generation quality and compliance cloud platform that helps bring life-changing innovations to market faster than ever. With quality as our cornerstone, we now offer seven solutions spanning the entire product development life cycle, connected on a single platform, and delivered in the cloud. In other words, while our mission and values remain the same, we’ve changed a lot and we want our brand to reflect that.

But more on that later. For now, we wanted to announce this exciting change, provide a sneak peek into our new visual identity, and encourage you to stay tuned for the big reveal.

What to Expect and When to Expect It

You may have already seen hints of our new look in email communications or on social media. But in the coming weeks, the new MasterControl brand will be unveiled as follows:

  • April 22: Go live of the redesigned MasterControl website.
  • May 1: Official brand launch across all channels.

We can’t wait to share the new look of MasterControl with the world. Keep an eye out for a follow-up GxP Lifeline article with more information when the brand officially launches on May 1.
