Since MasterControl’s acquisition of Qualer in 2025, Greg has taken on the exciting challenge of expanding asset and service management capabilities alongside quality and manufacturing execution, on a global scale.
With a diverse background in leadership across multiple industries, Greg has built a reputation for driving organizational growth and operational excellence through digital transformation and process enhancement. Prior to his current role, he served as Director of Sales Operations at Qualer, where he successfully led sales, customer success, marketing, and go-to-market strategy. His passion for optimizing asset management within the life sciences sector began during his tenure at Transcat, where he played a key role in overseeing $45 million in annual calibration services revenue as part of a customer success leadership initiative.
Greg earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan University. He currently resides in Rochester, NY, with his wife, Tara, and their daughter, Aubrey.
