Spencer Dean is Director of Sales for the MasterControl East region. He has been in Sales and Sales Management for over 20 years. Spencer enjoys working with his team to help clients find the solution that most closely meets their needs.

Spencer joined MasterControl in 2019 and has worked with some of MasterControl’s largest clients.

Before becoming a solutions consultant for MasterControl, Nicole spent 10 years in the quality space working for manufacturing organizations that were regulated by the FDA and ISO where she assisted in the implementation of multiple eQMS platforms, one being MasterControl where she held the role of sysadmin.
