This relationship is designed to allow partnerst to provide their insights and experience to the life science community via MasterControl’s vast communication channels, including GxP Lifeline - MasterControl’s monthly newsletter with over 40,000 subscribers.

Collaborative Partner
This level of partnering is designed for consultants, CMOs, and CROs who are interested in collaborating with MasterControl in order to better promote each business. Again there is no requirement for either party to specifically endorse the other. However, most activities in this level provide greater awareness of each business to our target audiences.

  • USB drive interface design and distribution

  • Co-education of clients and prospects

  • Access to MC Education Center in Salt Lake City

  • Co-speaking engagements

  • Sponsored speaking engagements (MC pays for partner to speak at an event)

  • Discounts on MC products and services to you and/or your clients

  • Commission for any referrals that convert into new customers

  • Free training on MasterControl software

  • Inclusion of your company in a special section in the MasterControl Web site with links to your own Web site. (Currently our Web site receives 136,000 visitors per month and is increasing every month.)

  • The opportunity to participate in industry-specific blogs, forums, and chat rooms owned and operated by MasterControl

  • Promotion of services in GxP Lifeline, a monthly electronic newsletter sent to more than 40,000 life science professionals

  • Inclusion of a link in GxP Lifeline of a link to MasterControl's Web site, featuring your company name, summary of services offered, white papers, future speaking engagements, your contact information, as well as links to your Web site

Certified Partner
The Certified Partner Program provides the highest level of collaborative activities. Partners in this category must attend training of MasterControl products (provided free of charge). These partners get the highest level attention from MasterControl and are introduced to new prospects in many different ways including personal introductions to our own clients. Many certified partners are also customers of MasterControl, thus making it even easier and more compelling to introduce their business to our own clients who also use MasterControl software.

  • Must be trained on MC

  • May interface directly with MC customers via a secure log in to our customer website

  • Video spots about MC/Partner services to be used in training classes and online

  • Substantial discounts on all MasterControl products and services that you can pass on to your clients and prospects as a benefit of hiring your firm

  • Commission for any referrals that convert into new customers

  • Inclusion of your company name in a list of MasterControl-certified partners that will be incorporated in all MasterControl products. (Each of MasterControl's current customers will be automatically introduced to your company and services.)

  • Personal, one-on-one introductions to new prospects

  • Co-marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, trade shows, etc.

  • Substantial space provided on MC website

  • Joint press releases

  • Possible reseller opportunities
