How Wellington Foods Uses MasterControl's Manufacturing Software Systems

May 23, 2019

For Wellington Foods, quality is a competitive differentiator and batch records are a crucial component of that competitive edge. When the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) comes for an inspection, the ability to easily show all production records related to a batch is essential. That’s why the company implemented MasterControl Manufacturing Excellence.

Using MasterControl’s electronic batch record (EBR) functionality, Wellington has eliminated data entry errors from their production process and greatly reduced the time needed for review. Plus, an electronic system makes them much better prepared for the growth of the company than they ever could have been on paper.
