The days of maintaining training records, standard operating procedures (SOPs), task sign-off sheets, and similar types of documentation in paper binders and file cabinets have long since passed. Companies that lack an automated system for routing, tracking and following up on training tasks are easily left in the dust behind more efficient competitors.
