Prior to joining MasterControl as a Professional Services Consultant, Dondi Faircloth implemented MasterControl’s document solution at one of its earliest clients, a large contract manufacturing organization. Now, as a Regional Sales Director, Dondi works with a team of professionals in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries to pair new and existing clients with solutions that solve their biggest business challenges.

Tom has been an Mx Consultant with MasterControl for the last 2 years, implementing Mx in a variety of industries. Prior to MasterControl, he had 6 years of experience as a Quality and Global Alignment Engineer in the ISO high-volume semiconductor industry. Tom attained his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
