Patricia Santos-Serrao, director of product management at MasterControl, is experienced in helping organizations transition business processes, document management, and submission compilation from paper to electronic systems. She is a member of Regulatory Affairs Professional Society (RAPS) and has earned her Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC).

Pete Harris has over seven years of experience developing products in the medical device industry. Additionally, he has worked for 12 years creating cutting-edge software products for the health care, medical device, eCommerce, and blockchain industries. His current role as Senior Product Manager is focused on creating a delightful communication platform in MasterControl that enables its users to have total awareness and control over their processes as they happen.

Pete has degrees in molecular biology and Korean from Utah State University.

Eddie Vieira is a product manager with extensive experience in software development. His ability to push boundaries and deliver innovative solutions have earned him multiple patents and satisfied users across multiple industries. Eddie’s conversation Spanish and fluency in Portuguese and French have enhanced his ability to connect with a global audience. Originally from Canada, he has lived in San Diego, California for 14 years.
