About This Event

Join us for a conversation with Brian Wilson, Director of Quality at Kaneka, about their journey with electronic batch records with MasterControl.

Attendees will hear from Brian Wilson, Director of Quality at Kaneka—a global manufacturer with operations ranging from pharmaceutical compounds to safety-critical chemical processing, Kaneka faced the challenge of standardizing quality processes across siloed business units while maintaining Part 11 compliance and GMP rigor.

After successfully implementing MasterControl Qx, Kaneka made the strategic decision to expand into Mx for electronic batch records. The business case? Quantifiable ROI, delivering an estimated 85% automation of manufacturing planning workload. But the benefits extend far beyond cost savings, including automated training compliance enforcement to fail-safe data capture that enables quality teams to confidently release by exception.

In this webinar, we'll explore the journey from paper-based manufacturing to a fully integrated digital quality ecosystem. You'll learn how Kaneka approached their proof of concept, overcame operator adoption challenges, and built regulatory confidence through real-time document control and audit efficiency. This conversation offers practical insights from a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment.
