We're focusing on delivering the best in-person event possible. Thus, there are no plans to offer a Virtual Conference this year.

- What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation requests must be received no later than 16 April 2024 for a full refund of Conference fees. No refunds or credits will be given after that time. If the registered person can't make it, substitutions are permitted and encouraged. Please email substitution requests to events@mastercontrol.com. No-shows are nonrefundable.
