What do you do when you suddenly become a MasterControl sysadmin, responsible for managing and maintaining the application along with training users? This workshop will offer new sysadmins a better understanding of how the different pieces of their MasterControl system work together. Attend this workshop if you already work in MasterControl but have recently assumed the role of sysadmin. To get the most out of this workshop, attendees should have working knowledge of life cycles, InfoCard metadata, roles, and collaboration.

Increasing Adoption by Training End Users

Optional
End-user training increases adoption and improves efficiency and your ROI. In this workshop, you'll cover the theory and practice of training end-users. You'll receive help in building a training plan for your team, including communications strategies, tracking approaches, and refresh plans. Additionally, you'll explore the details of importing end user training into MasterControl and dive deep into the end-user roles for which we provide training in Quality Excellence, Manufacturing Excellence, Enhanced Forms, and Audit.

Going digital with eForms is a wonderful way to simplify both your life and your company’s processes. Before that can happen, your eForms must be created and managed correctly. To new users, this may seem overwhelming. In this introductory workshop, MasterControl experts will help you create your own forms and teach you how to manage roles and users. Attend this workshop if you’re new to using eForms and want to learn best practices for working with eForms in MasterControl.
