Located in MasterControl's regional office in Singapore, Ciaran O’Keeffe has helped dozens of pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotech companies adopt MasterControl's Quality and Manufacturing software solutions. Prior to joining MasterControl as Director of Business Development and Channel Sales for Asia Pacific, Ciaran worked with a wide variety of APAC organisations across multiple industries to successfully implement core enterprise software solutions.

Michelle has over 25 years biopharmaceutical experience specializing in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Process Development and Production. She has hands-on experience with cell culture and fermentation, cell harvest, downstream purification/concentration and fill/finish activities with microbial, insect and mammalian cells and viruses. Michelle’s operational experience includes the design and construction of a GMP compliant biologics manufacturing facility in Penang, Malaysia, obtaining GMP accreditation for a facility in UK and in Indonesia she led a successful QP EMA audit. Her main area of experience is GMP compliance from the initial design of a facility through to process validation activities.
