Customer Training

Most companies assign their key personnel in IT, Document Control, Quality, or Regulatory Affairs to learn the MasterControl suite in depth, which is necessary during the implementation process. Customer training is essential for realizing the full potential of MasterControl's electronic process management system.

The Professional Services team, which consists of former ISO auditors and system administrators with experience in FDA and EU-regulated environments, lead MasterControl's comprehensive training program. Training services are conducted in the state-of-the-art Education Center in Salt Lake City. If you prefer, they may also be conducted at your facilities.

Implementation Phase

MasterControl's Technical Support team creates your database and installs your MasterControl software remotely (via WebEx). Your IT Department assists in working with your company's servers and network.

During the implementation phase, a Professional Services consultant will assist you in developing your requirements and gathering your data using a configuration workbook. Your Professional Services consultant then uses MasterControl import utilities to import users, documents, training records, and custom field attributes.
