Because of this, MasterControl provides a variety of educational opportunities to help you become familiar with the software and improve your productivity. Whether your needs focus on enabling a new system or building a stronger understanding of a current system, the Education Center is ready and anxious to assist you. We offer a rich variety of instructional materials and courses designed to help both users and administrators get the most from MasterControl's products and services. Best practice guidelines taught by professionals with years of experience provide you with the knowledge necessary to implement and use MasterControl throughout your company, thereby making every department more effective and efficient.

Education Center

MasterControl's Education Center, located at the company's headquarters in Salt Lake City, provides a unique location and a hands-on training environment that is exceptionally conducive to learning. The Education Center is a working classroom designed to teach administrators, engineers, quality professionals and others in your company how to effectively use MasterControl products. Our state-of-the-art classroom provides workstations loaded with the appropriate software for each student, and is staffed by our subject matter experts. Instructional materials include manuals, loaded flash drives, and other valuable content, organized into logical segments. Each segment is structured to naturally guide you through a series of related concepts and features to enhance learning.

Our classes are designed to allow for plenty of one-on-one time with the instructors. In addition, you'll have the opportunity of meeting colleagues in your industry with whom you can share experiences, thereby enhancing how your organization might use various MasterControl products.

Course Delivery

The Education Center offers a variety of instructional methods including:

• Classroom instruction
• Pre-recorded courses
• Remote customer site instruction
• Materials to assist with training other professionals

Classroom training, which, as indicated above, is generally provided at MasterControl's headquarters, usually spans several days and covers multiple topics. Pre-recorded training, offered through website downloadable slides and flash recordings, provides users with learning tools that can be referred to over and over again.

The Education Center staff and other MasterControl personnel are well prepared for your visit, with classroom materials and agendas, information on lodging and restaurants, and help with local travel. Using the current version of MasterControl's products, your days will be filled with opportunities to question, investigate and experience how best to configure, implement and operate the software to meet your company's unique needs.

Company Site Courses

The Education Center also offers learning opportunities at client sites. MasterControl instructors provide the same quality instruction and course materials you'd receive at MasterControl's Corporate Headquarters, but in the convenience of your own facilities. All courses require a dedicated classroom and the hardware/software required to achieve your learning objectives. Onsite courses allow you to tailor your learning experience to specific company requirements. Our team works with you ahead of time to make sure that the facilities and hardware are suitable and ready to use upon arrival. Additionally, we offer instructional CDs designed to assist with independent learning activities such as "Train the Trainer" and "Train the User."

Online Training

In addition, Educational Services provides online training in the form of webcasts. These valuable recorded offerings are available on our customer website (www.mastercontrolcustomers.com).

Online Training

User group meetings are conducted via the World Wide Web. These meetings provide an opportunity for you to associate with other MasterControl users and to interact with MasterControl experts during online meetings or forums. Announcements of new user group meetings will be communicated via the customer website (www.mastercontrolcustomers.com), our monthly newsletter (GxP Lifeline) or personalized email invitations sent directly to your inbox.
