SALT LAKE CITY, UT, USA – September 3, 2008 – MasterControl Inc., a global provider of GxP process, quality audit, and document management software solutions for life science companies and manufacturing companies, today announced its new European Headquarters in Basingstoke, Hampshire, UK. The announcement comes as no surprise in view of the acquisition in July 2007 by MasterControl of the privately held AMG IT Systems Ltd., in Reading, UK. (AMG IT developed the QAAD™ Audit and Quality Management System, a solution used by half of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies.)
