ACQUIRES AMG IT SYSTEMS LTD.SALT LAKE CITY Utah and Reading, UK – July, 10, 2007 – MasterControl Inc. and AMG IT Systems Ltd. today announced that the companies have signed an agreement under which MasterControl will acquire privately held AMG IT Systems, Ltd., whose QAAD? product is a front runner in the regulated quality assurance software industry. MasterControl Inc. is a leading software and services provider for life science companies worldwide. The MasterControl™suite is a configurable, off-the-shelf, and easy-to-use solution designed to automate and manage data and processes in every stage of the product development cycle with less effort, in less time, and at a lower cost. The acquisition of QAAD and its strength in the audit/QA space directly complements these three features.
