MasterControl and Bizmatica Group?s KLever Form Strategic Partnership

SALT LAKE CITY – Feb. 20, 2007 – MasterControl Inc. today announced that it has formed a strategic partnership with KLever, an Italian-based international consulting firm, to provide comprehensive software solutions for life science companies in Europe .

KLever, based in Milan, provides consulting, technology, and project implementation services to life science companies. It is headed by Luigi Fabbro, manager. Bizmatica, a leading IT solutions provider in Italy, established KLever in 2006 to focus on the life science industry.
