MASTERCONTROL EXTENDS CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS
SALT LAKE CITY – July 3, 2007– MasterControl Inc., the leading provider of GxP process and document management software solutions for the life science industry, today announced the extension of Customer Support hours, effective immediately. Customers will now be able to access the Customer Support Center between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
This enhanced service will provide all customers within the continental United States with phone access to Customer Support between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time Monday through Friday.
