MasterControl Selects Iperion and SPEC Control as International Resellers

SALT LAKE CITY – July 3, 2006 – MasterControl Inc. today announced that it has selected Iperion of the Netherlands and SPEC Control and Automation of Israel as international distributors of the MasterControl™ integrated quality management suite. The two companies were chosen for their expertise and experience in regulated industries.

MasterControl launched a reseller program last year, and Smarttech Consulting Services Ltd. of Cotswolds, U.K., became its first international reseller.

Iperion, based in Vlijmen, the Netherlands, is an international consulting firm specializing in quality management and validation services.
