MasterControl’s 2005 Sales Better Than Expected

SALT LAKE CITY – February 23, 2006 – MasterControl Inc., the leading provider of quality management software solutions for companies in the FDA and ISO environments, finished 2005 with a 50 percent increase in sales over the previous year, exceeding the company's forecasted results.

MasterControl attributes its better-than-expected sales to the following factors:
