Change Management Integrated Directly to CAPA

With the software for change management from MasterControl, a change order can be launched directly from a CAPA, connecting one process to the next. MasterControl maintains the links so that you can review a completed process for change management, and see what triggered the change.

Relevant information from the CAPA form will be automatically entered into the change form. Examples of other processes that can launch a change order within the module for change management include nonconformance, deviations, customer complaints, and audit software.

Change Management Integrates with Training Management

With MasterControl, the change management process can be integrated with Training Control. This allows a change to a document/process that calls for new training to invoke training tasks automatically.
