MasterControl Introduces Reseller Program to Form Strategic Partnerships

SALT LAKE CITY - June 1, 2005 MasterControl Inc., the leading maker of quality management software solutions for regulated industries, today announced the creation of the MasterControl Reseller Program to develop strategic partnerships with system integrators and vendors of complementary products.

The program offers resellers the opportunity to widen their market base and boost their sales by adding the MasterControl™ quality management suite to their product offerings. • Sarbanes Oxley regulations

• Companies regulated by EPA, OSHA, FCC, USDA.
